Chemical Technology Might Kill Us

We have all been astonished by the greatness the technology has shown to us. This is evident in our daily lives when we use of these things that are the products of the use of technology. For example, cellular phones make the conversation easier and accessible anytime anywhere. Computers make the jobs of some of us faster and easier to finish. The chemicals that have been developed have been put into use because of chemical technology. But did you know that all of this might have a flipside after all? Did you not know that chemicals could kill us?

It has not been long ago when cases of people who have acquired certain injuries after having an MRI scan have been reported. But this is not the most alarming part of the news. The most alarming part is the fact that the cause of these injuries is the very chemical used to make sure the results of the test are right and accurate. This chemical is known as gadolinium. It has caused gadolinium injuries and it might be just the start of greater problems. The disease of that may have resulted from this is known as NSF or nephrogenic systemic fibrosis and is said to be very fatal.

With the use of the products of technology, we should be very careful because we know that certain benefits would mean certain dangers are also at stake. It is always better to stay prepared rather than to be caught off guard. Be safe always.DONOTCHANGE
